Summary of Job Duties:This in-person position works in the University's legal office for its Fayetteville campus. The position provides contract review and litigation support for attorneys in the office, including document preparation, tracking, and filing, as well as file maintenance, coordination of attorney schedules, and reception duties. The position also serves as a liaison to the Office of the General Counsel in the UA System office and assists with office management duties. Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree and four years of experience in office management or office administration.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in business administration, public administration, pre-law or related field.
* Experience in legal setting
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* Ability to work discreetly with sensitive information
* Ability to manage projects and to work collaboratively
* Excellent project management skills

Salary Information:

$40,000 - $47,500
