Sr HRIS Analyst

This position is a HYBRID rolelocated in Philadelphia, PA.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as a functional resource for Jeffersonrsquo;s HRIS and Workday HCM platforms. The position will provide leadership with configuration, maintenance, issue resolution, and integration with 3rd party systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Guide configuration and process solutions from concept to deployment, including:
    • Partner with functional areas to analyze business needs, document requirements, and translate them into appropriate system specifications
    • Coordinate, plan and lead UAT sessions for end users
    • Provide system training as necessary
    • Work with ISamp;T to support technical requirements, i.e., test databases and access
  • Strong business process design experience
  • Build, maintain, and update reports utilizing Workday HCM system reporting tools
  • Leverage Workday Community to diagnose and fix functional issues
  • Acts as liaison between business areas and technical teams throughout the project life-cycle
  • Perform mass data loads (EIBrsquo;s) and audits

COMPETENCIES:

  • High proficiency in one or more Workday HCM modules (Recruiting, core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Performance Management, Career Development and/or Learning)
  • Exposure to project management methodologies
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, proving efficiency in ability to multi-task, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Interact with staff and vendors consistent with the core values of the University

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelorrsquo;s degree in business administration, computer science, or closely related field, or equivalent work experience

EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 3-5 yearsrsquo; experience working with Workday HCM in multiple modules (Recruiting, HR, Benefits, Payroll, etc.)
  • Experience with at least 1 full-life cycle of Workday as a functional team member and/or functional team lead is a plus
  • Experience in the health care or university setting is a plus
  • Experience in a consulting environment is a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
