Description
The Business Banker is responsible for managing and developing banking relationships. The incumbent in this position will engage customers and prospects to open various business accounts and provide customers with banking solutions designed to meet their specific needs. This position will provide basic financial advice and education to customers on opportunities to utilize the Bank's deposit and loan products and services to enhance their financial operations. The Business Banker will have minimum annual production targets of 7 million in new loan production and 3 million in new deposit production. RESPONSIBILITIES

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $24.53/hr. to $36.79/hr. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A business line incentive may be provided ranging from 0% - 1% per loan and 0%-2% per deposit, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
