The Opportunity

We are seeking a Junior Corporations Delaware Analyst to join our Firm. This in-person position will be based in our Wilmington, Delaware office. The Junior Analyst will support the Corporations Delaware Analysts with all aspects of state level corporate filings.

  • Assists Delaware Analysts in researching information regarding specific business entities in all jurisdictions.
  • Assists Delaware Analysts with obtaining documentation for business entities from all Secretary of State offices.
  • Maintains corporate records and calendars.
  • Performs administrative tasks as required.
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal communication skills and develops professional relationships with vendor and state resources.
  • Manages Firm resources responsibly.
  • Complies with and understands Firm operations, policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Working Knowledge of Delaware Secretary of State Information System and related procedures, particularly document retrievals and certificate filings
  • Working knowledge of the role of registered agents, their services and responsibilities
  • Knowledge of relevant firm computer programs with the ability to learn new software and operating systems
  • Strong ability to organize responsibilities and prioritize work
  • Demonstrates close attention to detail
  • Demonstrates effective listening skills.
  • Strong comprehension and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work multiple assignments with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to sensitive matters.
  • Desire to work in an on-demand and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team
  • Flexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; secondary education preferred
  • Minimum of three to five years related experience
