A recent college graduate hired as a Talent Development Professionals (TDPs) within the Human Resources department will embark on a concentrated 12-month rotational hands-on developmental program. This will introduce skills and opportunities to further build your college skillset for a successful career at CEMEX USA. TDPs from all business units will experience day to day operations and project-based learning to collaborate and network with others by being introduced to the CEMEX's core businesses units. Job Responsibilities
* Participate in a rotational program involving field-based responsibilities, project assignments, hands-on training, simulations, and other experiential learning opportunities. Qualifications
* Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in one of the following degrees: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive approach to taking on new challenges. Working Conditions
