Job Summary

Plan and coordinate the implementation of internal audit programs in accordance with the objectives outlined in the Annual Work Program based on the regulations, policies and external and internal guidelines to allow the reasonableness of the entity's operations and contribute to better corporate management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement and integrate IT platforms, operational procedures, process, methodologies, and policies.
  • Ensuring the effective functioning of systems features and the integrity and consistency of critical data.
  • Provide assistance and support through the entire process to ensure business continuity.
  • Execute implementation plans, and ongoing management to ensure CEMEX operations are efficient, compliant, and effective.
  • Continuous evaluation and transformation to meet the evolving needs of the business and its regulatory environment.
  • Maximize the capabilities of digital enablement to enhance efficiency, provide transparency, enable automation, foster collaboration, and facilitate growth, on CEMEX Ready Mix, Cement and aggregates business lines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor (degree) in Administration, Engineer, Systems or related.
  • 5+ Years of strong experience in Business Processes and IT Applications, especially on order taking, load & delivery, and tracking.
  • 5+ Years of strong experience in Digital / IT solutions deployment (processes & systems implementations).
  • 5+ Years of experience in Project Management, Agile & Scrum methodologies.
  • 5+ Years of strong experience on end-to-end processes: Quote-to-Cash, SCM/Logistics, Procure-to-pay.
  • 5+ Years of experience managing multiple projects and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • 5+ Years of experience in the ready mix, cement and aggregates industry, regulations and safety operations and best practices in this sector.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • High Level of Expertise on Processes & Systems
  • Deep knowledge of Business Operations Models
  • Detailed knowledge of End-to-end processes: Quote-to-Cash, SCM/Logistics, Procure-to-pay.
  • IT Management and Leadership
  • Project Management.
  • Strong Knowledge of Business process analysis.
  • Agile and scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with Command Alkon solutions including implementations, system configuration and troubleshooting
  • Strong experience in SQL by setting up environments, managing databases and integrations.
  • Knowledge on SAP SD, SAP MM

Working Conditions

Continuous exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold, extreme noise, and working outdoors.

Must wear protective equipment while at the location

Physical Requirements

Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree

Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. Job involves sitting most of the time, but also involves walking or standing for brief periods of time

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees/visitors
