As an experienced Facilities HVAC Technician,you will be responsible for coordinating and completing assigned preventative and corrective maintenance tasks associated with real property assets.When required, you will also be assigned to perform complex troubleshooting tasks to determine repair strategies and provide oversite to subcontracted services. Responsibilities will also includeidentifying and procuring required maintenance materials and coordinating preventive/corrective tasks with building occupants. We are seeking to fill two positions.
