WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE - Lead efforts for growth and expansion of retail marketing - Research and approach potential retail location partners - Look for areas of opportunities for potential partnerships - Actively recruit and refer potential new hire candidates. - Lead new hire classes and ongoing training sessions with team - Conduct weekly meetings with mid-level management and any in office teammates - Create monthly and yearly goals and plans for number of retail locations, leads booked, leads issued, Hours per demo (HPD), set rate, etc. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - THE PERSON - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred - At least 2 years of experience in a management/leadership role required - Excellent team relations, empathetic & personable skills - Exceptional communication skills - Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage a large team - Knowledgeable with tactful and diplomatic approach to tasks at hand - Must be able to organize & prioritize - Ability to adapt well and accept/ give feedback in a changing environment - Ability to work independently - Must be willing to travel to applicable retail locations as well as multiple office locations WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU - THE BENEFITS - $60/month Cell reimbursement - Medical Insurance - Prescription drug Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Life Insurance / AD&D $25,000 Paid Coverage - Parental Leave - Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance - Voluntary Accident Insurance - Voluntary Hospital Indemnity - Teammate Assistance Plan - Paid Volunteer Time - 401k with 50% match up to 6% of your annual pay - Tuition Reimbursement $100,000 - $150,000 a year Salary is a combination $55000 base pay + performance based monthly bonus Empowered to be Extraordinary.
