As a strategic leader in this space, you'll craft innovative, tailored search strategies, drive comprehensive domain research, and actively maintain pro-active talent mapping and networking initiatives. Our Executive Sourcing Partners are highly skilled, data-driven operators who thrive on solving complex challenges. You'll serve as a trusted consultant to our Talent Partners, providing expert guidance throughout the search process. What you will do:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $80,900 -- $154,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
