About the Position:

Our Construction Project Engineer Internship is a developmental position supported by Structural Group Inc.'s Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) Program. The PECD program was founded in the 90's and has been the chief program for developing impactful leaders within our company. This program is a mentorship run- competency managed rotational development program with the intention of promotion. You will work hand's-on and boots-on-the-ground with multiple mentors in varies expertise. You can expect to gain skills in; scheduling, estimating budget preparation and project cost control, scheduling and production rate tracking, safety management, quality control management, business development and client relations!

If you are looking to attain well-rounded knowledge that will offer boundless opportunities for your professional development, this is the program for you. This program is designed for dynamic individuals who are eager to be hand's on developing and managing vertical concrete repair projects as well as take advantage of the dynamic career paths that are available for you. To be successful in this role you must be dependable, highly organized, detail oriented and thrive in a collaborative team-based environment.



About PULLMAN Boston:

Our Summer 2025 Internship will be an in-office position supported by our PULLMAN Boston team located in Marlborough, MA. In this role, you can expect to travel regionally across the greater New England area 50% of the time. Our PULLMAN Boston team will tackle projects across multiple industries; however, this branch's primary industries are commercial, and public. Throughout your internship experience, you can expect to learn about multiple projects within these industries. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree- preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study.
  • Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
  • Aptitude for solving problems.
  • Reliable transportation from the office to jobsites.
