PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Responsible for meeting the regulatory reporting and compliance obligations related to accounting, transportation, licenses and permits.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Maintains fleet inventory and obtains necessary licenses, titles, transfers, smart tags, permits, and renewals for all

fleet vehicles.

Administers Verizon Connect for fleet vehicle tracking purposes.

Handles employee person mileage calculations for company vehicles.

Assists with transportation related activities: insurance, violations, accidents, and PUCV. Prepares the appropriate response and communicates to the necessary parties.

Prepares the DE IFTA tax, IRP renewals, Form 2290, NY HUT, and various other business licenses and permits

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Requires a High School diploma and prefer at least 2 years of related work experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office, more specific to Microsoft Excel. Can demonstrate knowledge of basic accounting functions.

Demonstrate essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Must work well in a team environment.

Ability to work extended hours as business conditions warrant.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and have the ability to travel independently and overnight as needed.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
