Who are we? Our May Center Schools provide educational services at five schools across Massachusetts and one school in Santa Cruz, California. The Director of Clinical Services and Training supports the implementation of evidence-based practices across our 6 schools at May Institute under the supervision of the Divisional Director. The Director of Clinical Services and Training is responsible for supporting the overall delivery and integration of behavior analytic services into learning and behavioral programming within each of our programs. Qualifications: * Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required, Ph.D., preferred, equivalent experience will be considered. * Credentialed as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and/or licensed in psychology or an equivalent credential strongly preferred. * Minimum of 5 years' experience providing applied behavior analytic services to individuals with autism, neurodevelopmental disabilities, or other special needs. Responsibilities: * Provide oversight and assistance to clinicians within the areas of both skill acquisition programming and behavior support/crisis management. * Ensure skill acquisition procedures, behavior support, and crisis management practices are evidence-based and appropriately individualized for each individual and setting. * Collaborate with operational and clinical leadership at each school regarding screening, intake process, service delivery, behavioral support, data collection, and staff training. * Create and disseminate trainings to staff of all levels. * Attends and contributes to Division meetings as requested by the Divisional Director (e.g., administrative, Peer Review meetings). * Coordinate peer review and clinical team meetings at each program as needed. * Provide consultation for clients with more intensive clinical needs. * Assist with development and implementation the clinical strategic plan for their division. * Provide support at the schools in person at least once a month (MA schools) and twice a year to our California school according to needs.
