As a Product Capability Enablement Intern at Farm Credit Services of America, you can learn about the strategy behind our business capability, solutions, and processes. You will begin to comprehend the initiatives focused on enhancing the capabilities and efficiency of various product lines and divisions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities



  • Understand where products and platforms can be enhanced, streamlined, or optimized to boost efficiency, quality, and reliability.
  • Participate in internal support for lending and credit procedures and supporting business systems and gain understanding of the product intake process and the association's knowledge management program.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and adaptable.
  • Familiarize yourself with best practices for leveraging data to make informed decisions and drive innovation for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Gain insights into the product capabilities required to support and advance product management initiatives aligned with business development goals.
  • Create and update processes by evaluating business operations, workflows and requirements to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement
  • Learn about the strategies and business initiatives for the business capability, support, and process teams.


Education Requirements



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Lending, Agriculture or related field.
  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong desire to pursue a career involving sales, marketing and territory management.
  • Available for a 12-week internship during the summer
