CFFI is seeking Senior Network Technician to provide "day-to-day" network and security activities for 432WG units and Forward Operating Locations (FOLs). Network personnel responsibilities will cover Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities. The employee shall:

Provide daily network administration and access control to operations, test and training personnel/students for networks and systems ranging in classification from unclassified to Top Secret SAP/SCI.

Support operations to provide mission connectivity between multiple locations including, FOLs, Air and Space Operations Centers (AOC), CONUS locations, and higher headquarters.

Provide support, to include building, installing, testing, and maintaining communications network software and hardware infrastructure for all systems required for operation within the locations specified in paragraph 2.0, assume a zero/thin client or equivalent virtualized environment. Estimate 250 total users, using 8 networks.

Support COMSEC program management to include coordinating completion of weekly and monthly tasks with three FTEs assigned as COMSEC Responsible Officers (CROs), one FTE for each primary unit.

Research regulations, directives, and policy for compliance against existing unit level OIs, AF, and DoD directives.

Draft and recommend changes to COMSEC policy.

Assist with monitoring the state of health of program security and make suggestions for improvements as necessary.

Establish and maintain configuration management plan for multiple facilities, to include Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs) and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs).

Comply with the JSIG.

Execute data transfer requests between networks/systems of congruent and/or disparate classifications IAW established information assurance policies.

One FTE for each of the primary units shall perform Automatic Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) officer duties IAW AFI 23-111 and AFI 33-112. Estimate 250 total users, using 8 networks.

Validate the accuracy of accountable records and property locations.

Properly identify, report, and recommend the correct disposition of unserviceable, reparable, or excess property.

Perform inventories of accountable property under their purview at periods prescribed by government personnel and/or in applicable directives.

Record property transactions and maintain all appropriate records.

Initiate Reports of Survey as required, IAW AFMAN 23-220.

Report automated and/or manual property book adjustments to the designated accountable officer.

Perform tactical and strategic market research to assist in sustainment/modernization efforts for mission support and execution networks. Assist government personnel with the procurement of hardware/software in support of these efforts.

Assist in the relocation of network equipment as required/dictated by unit operations

Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for all networks, information systems equipment, and user data.
