This opportunity is in the Account Services Department.

Responsible for seeing policies through to the finish line, our Account Services department facilitates the processes between Claims, Underwriting, and our brokers. Ranging from rating services to audits to operational guidance, the available career opportunities are abundant with varying levels of specialty. Role Description:

In the role of Insurance Operations Assistant you will be responsible for providing client/customer support for our Commercial Insurance clients. You will perform various tasks in support of set-up, tracking and issuance of insurance policies.

Your day-to-day responsibilities as an Insurance Operations Assistant will include:

• Handling basic, routine processes that support the operational needs of the organization. Processes may include account file preparation, scanning, data entry and manipulation, reconciliation of data, monitoring workflow queues, partial submission setup, and employee concentration related work
• Performing routine data management during the execution of basic business forms and documents while assisting with processing functions
• Maintaining accurate and timely service, working with other department personnel to meet overall services needs
• Providing assistance to the department's operational teams

Qualifications:

Education:

• College Education Preferred

Required Qualifications:

• Capability in learning and utilizing Safety National's systems and supporting applications
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple items simultaneously
• Experience with Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior corporate experience preferred, not required

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
