Responsibilities:

* Drive global In-app Messaging (IAM) strategy, testing and execution globally to drive upgrades, engagement and retention.

* Responsible for developing requirements for Marketing tools with product and tech teams.

* Optimize sign-in rates and funnel analytics with BIEs and Data Science. Set KPIs, establish reporting and review in-app messaging measurement and performance.

* Own strategy, execution and performance in app marketing campaigns, including all messaging and translation. Establish ongoing creative refresh and optimization program, working closely with design team.

* Test and learn across new placement modals, managing multivariate and A/B testing campaigns.

* Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance business reviews and projections for each country, showcasing results the team has delivered and presenting to country and executive leadership.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher
  • 5-7 years+ digital marketing/tech background
  • Strong industry background in tech, growth marketing, product management, performance marketing, or digital marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
  • Able to analyze data, pulling reports and sharing findings with teams




Preferred skills:

- Basic coding background - knows how to manipulate code (font, color, etc).

- Experience with in app messaging and marketing platforms (Braze, Iterable, LeanPlum, Swrve, Adobe, Localytics etc.).

- Experience with data analytics and visualization platforms (Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, Mode, Thoughtspot).

-Music/entertainment background.

Day-to-day:


  • Intersection of technology and music
  • Work across technical partners - cross functional collaboration
  • Translate to business, stakeholders, analytical data pulling and reporting
  • Work on livestream, audience development, engagement focused
  • Label relations, artist relations, album releases, artist track-by-track
  • Working with Top 40 artists, festivals
  • Work with international teams
  • GTM work - product launches, user experience
  • Supporting product requests to drive adoption, education, and awareness
  • Data reporting, pulling analytics, upgrades and promotions, performance tracking and analysis
