Description: IS4S is a small company doing groundbreaking work for the Department of Defense in areas including: Satellite Communications (SATCOM); Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT); and Electronic Warfare (EW). Our office in Aberdeen MD is looking to add an experienced Systems Engineer to help design and maintain Army satellite communications networks around the world. This job is on-site and will require at least three days/week in the office. Travel is required and is estimated at 20%.
Job Roles: Work in a team environment to design, plan, install, and maintain Army satellite communications systems and networks. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the Army and Department of Defense (DoD). Develop technical specifications based on Army and DoD requirements documents. Required experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience. A successful candidate will have experience with Systems Engineering, RF engineering, Networking, and Military Specifications and Requirements. Good communication skills are required. Minimum education requirement: BS in Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering. | |
