Description

Continental Properties is seeking a Land Planner/Urban Planning Intern for Summer of 2025 at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will work closely with the Development team while participating directly in the real estate development process.

Position Specifics:



  • Full-Time (during Summer 2025)



Essential Responsibilities:



  • Assist project teams with site planning design for multi-family and commercial real estate projects.
  • Support a wide variety of activities associated with land planning and technical drawings.
  • Report on project costs, project schedule variance, and recovery options.
  • Assist Development team with any additional project items and tasks.



Skills for Success:



  • Junior or senior level student in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Real Estate or related program
  • Available 40 hours per week during summer
  • Interest in a career in real estate development
