Job Summary:

Revance is seeking an energetic and experienced Associate Director, Aesthetics Marketing to join the Professional Marketing, Aesthetics team. The Associate Director will report to the Director, Marketing - DAXXIFY, and will build the brand and grow share in the highly competitive aesthetics market. This individual will be responsible for threading the needle between strategy and execution. This leader will need to effectively work with cross-functional partners to deliver business outcomes and is responsible for communicating the brand vision, prioritizing and managing progress and issues/gaps with stakeholders, manage both strategic and tactical roadmap. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and implementing marketing campaigns to build awareness, attracting a targeted consumer audience and driving them into practice, implementing HCP initiatives to drive customer awareness, demand and education; creating sales enablement programs and tools; demand planning and forecasting; managing internal and external agency relationships; and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver against strategic and financial KPIs.

Salary Range: $141,400 - $194,480

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:



  • Develop and execute consumer and professional (i.e., healthcare professionals) marketing plans, and deliver differentiated value to our audiences that help meet and exceed the brand's strategic and financial KPIs.
  • Build and execute downstream marketing initiatives and content that create partnership value, including branded digital, social and printed campaigns.
  • Own the development of programs and campaigns; manage internal roll out process and monitor impact and performance to drive growth.
  • Monitor brand performance and KPIs across various awareness, trial and usage metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal parties to develop HCP and consumer programs and promotions that drive value to HCP and consumers and increase LTV to Revance.
  • Oversee and manage brand claims and the promotional review committee process with Medical Affairs, Legal and Regulatory to create promotional and internal use only materials.
  • Gather competitive intelligence, monitor activities and routinely gather VOC. Develop competitive response and playbooks for commercial team.
  • Collaborate and support Professional Education team in the development of medical educational content and resources for customers.
  • Create sales enablement programs and tools that support customer engagement, acquisition, conversion and retention.
  • Provide internal thought leadership in strategic discussions and stay current on the latest trends in injectable aesthetics via field engagement, market research, advisory boards, and industry congresses and associations.
  • Lead high-impact projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders (eg., Medical Affairs, Sales, Creative Studio, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, etc.) and external agencies from ideation through successful implementation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.



Basic Qualifications:



  • Master's degree & 2 years' directly related experience; OR
  • Bachelor's degree & 5 years' directly related experience; AND
  • 3 years' managerial experience directly managing people, projects, programs or resources.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • 7+ years' marketing experience in any category or specialty with a track record of growth and success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; other degrees in related disciplines are considered contingent upon relevant professional experience.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Prior people management experience.
  • Enthusiasm and aptitude for metrics-driven marketing.
  • Proactive and can-do attitude with a passion for succeeding despite potential obstacles.
  • Capable of managing and switching between hands-on tasks and strategic thinking.
  • Comfortable managing through ambiguity and delivering against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solver and strategic thinker.
  • Other degrees in related disciplines are considered contingent upon relevant professional experience.
  • Able to execute quickly and thoughtfully, balance near-term results while staying focused on long-term goals.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • A leader that values impact over activity.
