Machine Operator - 2^nd Shift

RDA is seeking a Machine Operator for our 2nd shift team, hours are 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday - Friday, with OT and some weekends available on a voluntary basis. Training will be fully provided for this position.

What you will do:

• Operate /monitor multiple start-ups on machines, while ensuring quality, production, and minimal unplanned downtime.
• Apply solder paste to printed circuit boards using a stencil printer, operate a pick-and-place machine.
• Work from blueprints and schematics to determine electronic component sizes.
• Monitoring the machine during operation to detect any malfunctions or deviations from standard performance.
• Performing routine maintenance, such as cleaning, of the machine to maintain its efficiency and longevity.
• Loading materials onto the machine and ensuring a continuous supply for uninterrupted operation.
• Recording production data, such as quantities, types, and dimensions of materials produced.
