• Location: Northwest Community Hospital - Arlington Heights, IL
• Full Time, 40 hours/week
• Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
• Monday - Friday
• Rotating weekends

What you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in an exercise science related field
• NCCA accredited certification in the fitness industry (ACSM/ACE preferred)
• One to three years Working in the fitness industry as an instructor or provider, medical fitness field preferred.
• Other Supervisory experience preferred

General Summary:

• This position manages and directs the activities of the Personal Training, MedFit and Spa departments. Develops and administers operating and capital budgets for assigned areas, develops and implements policies and procedures to improve services, and effectively manages available resources including equipment, supplies and personnel. Oversees the Manager on Duty (MOD) program. Collaborates with fellow leaders in planning, developing, coordinating and implementing community and member fitness and health and wellness-related programs, events, and activities.
