Challenge:

During your career at Worley you will have the opportunity to working alongside senior engineers, operations & maintenance and training professionals who will provide guidance as you independently perform tasks that typically include:



  • Results-oriented and have the ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment and effectively manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Experience preparing technical and project documents for multi-disciplinary project work.
  • Executing and following governance and procedures with a questioning and analytical attitude/approach under supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Provide management with regular project reports and participate in regular process progress meetings.
  • Execute other project engineering functions as assigned by management.
  • Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders and cooperate in exchange of relevant information as required to meet the project objectives.
  • Experience and ability as a team player to understand and manage the interrelationships of various internal and external groups in order to facilitate objectives and ensure projects satisfy stakeholder requirements.
  • Experience and/or willingness to interface with vendors and provide oversight.
  • Interest in fast-paced, challenging work environments where showing initiative and self-motivation are expected.
  • Project/budget controls
  • Work Control activities including assessing and scheduling



What you will bring

Profile:



  • Recent graduate in Ocean, Civil, Materials. Mechanical, Petroleum or Chemical Engineering
  • Interest in consulting engineering in the offshore energy industry
  • Familiarity with MS Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Team participation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
