What you'll do: The What you need to be successful: * Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience * Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience with demonstrated leadership skills required; truck equipment experience in a leadership role preferred * Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task * Innovative team player * Intermediate computer skills are required * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Commitment to excellence and high standards * Sound judgment with the ability to make timely, and sometimes difficult, decisions * Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines * Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment * Basic competence in subordinates' duties and tasks * Versatile, flexible, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities * Bilingual skills preferred * Ability to understand all safety requirements and cautions * Strong: o Communication skills, verbal and written o Leadership attributes and interpersonal skills o Organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Why The Shyft Group?
