Location

Come and join our team at this 605-room convention center hotel in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City. Our luxury hotel is located next to the Paycom Center(OKC Thunder), the Oklahoma Convention Center and across the street from the 70-acre Scissortail Park.

The property includes an all-day dining outlet (Seltzer's Modern Diner), an entertainment sports bar (OKC Tap House), specialty restaurant (Bob's Steak & Chop House), coffee shop (Park Grounds) and a retail outlet (RareBird Gift Shop). Additionally, guests can enjoy a Mokara Spa, fitness center and a rooftop pool and bar (CatBird Seat) complete with a fire pit, outdoor lawn and cabanas. The hotel offers 76,000 square feet of meeting and event space inclusive of a 20,000 square foot ballroom, 10,000 square foot ballroom, and a 4,200 square foot outdoor pre-function space that overlooks the park.



Job Description

The spa attendant is responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by providing and maintaining the highest standards of customer service and creating a feeling of comfort and relaxation for our guests. Spa attendants are directly in control of facility cleanliness and guest assistance in spa areas. A consistently positive attitude and knowledge of all facets of the operation with attention to detail are required.



Responsibilities

    Deep Clean and provide special cleaning services to various assigned guest outlets in a timely and organized manner according to current procedures and standards.
  • Clean and service assigned public areas, including lobbies, and function spaces in a timely and organized manner according to current procedures and standards.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and stocked supply cart.
  • Maintain security of equipment, keys and supplies issued each day.
  • Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and employee partners, damage to our property or the property of others.
  • Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency, and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency.
  • Know and share information about the Hotel and Spa activities, demonstrate this knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation and resort/activity information to our guests and employee partners.
  • Ensure equipment in service rooms are working properly.
  • Report damages and/or mechanical problems to immediate supervisor
  • Take part in Monthly Linen Inventories.
  • Clean Guest rooms as needed.
  • Deliver amenities to Resort Guests upon request.
  • Ensure equipment in assigned public areas is working properly.


Qualifications

  • Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to bend, reach and lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 75 lbs.
  • Must be able to work weekends/holidays
  • Candidate must be detail and customer service oriented, efficient, and motivated
