Infrastructure Engineer Associate

Job Description

Title: Associate Production Support

Location: Mclean VA - 3 days onsite

Duration: 6 months + possible extensions

• 1+ years of support related experience
• Experience with AWS and modify applications if required.
• Snowflake 1+ years exp (platform is based on Snowflake)
• This is the L3 support role
• Python would be used for support/bug fixing/scripting.
• Control M, Autosys (anyone one is preferred)
• Some deployments/production outrage would require the candidate to work in the night

Day to Day:

• This team provides L2, L3 support to a few applications
• Fulfill User requests, bug fixes
• Setting up new tools
• Helping with user redemption
