This opportunity is ideal for candidates that have either a PhD Diploma or Master's Degree with 2+ years of experience in gene editing within ophthalmology: in vivo, ex vivo, in vitro. Relevant experience includes mRNA/LNP as well as CRISPR/Cas9. The aim of this role is design preclinical research, execute experiments, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Title: Scientist Various Titles Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000 DOE Location: Mountain View, CA Type: Direct Hire Shift: Day Shift Industry: Biotech Responsibilities: Ocular Experiments: in vivo , ex vivo, in vitro Experienced with molecular techniques: PCR, qPCR, Western Blot, ELISA, IHC Imaging such as OCT, fundus photography Utilizing mRNA technology alongside LNP delivery Data analysis software such as GraphPad, Prism, etc..
