Overview At Verkada, we're known to push traditional boundaries, and our B2B marketing efforts are no exception. As our VP of Growth Marketing (Americas), you'll lead demand generation for our biggest market: North and South America. You'll build and manage a team of entrepreneurial marketers, from science geeks to ex-bankers, all united by one goal: getting sh*t done. We're here to shake up B2B marketing, and we need a hands-on leader who can scale teams, conceptualize new strategies to make an impact in a rapid pace environment. You'll report directly to the CMO, work closely with the exec team, and have full ownership of the most numbers-driven segment in marketing-the one that fuels Verkada's growth rocket. And yes, this role is on-site at our San Mateo HQ, five days a week. We're not messing around-but once you see our office and culture, you won't want to go back.
Qualifications
Pay Disclosure At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Verkada's total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
