Public Strategies (PS) is a nationally respected consulting, project management, and marketing firm based in Oklahoma City. Essential Job Functions


  • Assist with organizing, managing, and tracking program data, files and records
  • Regularly conduct outreach calls with referred clients and assist with scheduling intakes and orientations
  • Facilitate orientations of Work Ready Oklahoma programs with assistance from other team members
  • Regularly prepare materials for program and staff use
  • Assist with managing inventory and ordering supplies for program staff and events as needed
  • Provide support related to the overall management and daily operations of all programs at all sites
  • Support the development of required program reports and other custom reports as needed
  • Produce professional correspondence and documents, spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting
  • Support quality assurance activities as assigned for both coaching and workshop activities
  • Assist with other program services and other duties as assigned


Education/Training


  • Bachelors degree in a related field, preferred
  • 3 years of experience working in an administrative capacity with similar duties will be considered in lieu of degree



Experience


  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis in Microsoft Excel and Word, or related programs, required
  • Database administration experience, required
  • Experience working to support large scale, multi-dimensional projects, preferred
  • Demonstration of solid communication skills
  • Familiarity with workforce development or similar programs, including outreach, intake, case management, or job placement, preferred



Special Requirements


  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, required
  • Flexibility with work assignments, required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook with mastery level knowledge and experience, preferred


Essential Physical Requirements

Sufficient mobility and strength to move about the facility. Ability to be mobile throughout the community.
