We are looking for a Product leader who is ready to bring our product propositions together and create best in class offerings for our largest customers.

As a Senior Product Director - US Enterprise Proposition, you will lead a small team of Proposition Managers, acting as the connectivity between the product organization and our commercial line of business. You will be experienced in establishing new ways of working and act as a role model of product values to support our planned growth. You will be adept at bringing together teams to deliver outcomes that work for our enterprise customer base across geography and industry. Our propositions include products and capabilities to take, make and manage payments wherever our customers need to in the World.

About the team:

You will sit within the Enterprise Product team, collaborating closely with our wider change delivery function and the commercial and go to market teams.

Working within the Enterprise Product team for WorldPay you will operate as a leader of change, acting on behalf of our current and future customers. You will own multiple customer experiences and be tasked with innovating on our current capabilities and designing new solutions to emerging opportunities, for measurable benefit. You will own the proposition and engage and collaborate with domain product teams and dedicated Engineering resource and Operations expertise from across the business.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Guide and influence your team's clarity of vision, strategy and OKR's, taking ownership of the aggregate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals and delivery phases with overall business objectives.

Team Leadership:

  • Innovate on our ways of working for measurable improvements.
  • Inspire thought leadership and operate as a role model for complex change ownership and delivery.

Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancement, with a focus on seamless integration into our business.
  • Work closely with development leads and business stakeholders to prioritize features and improvements based on customer and market needs.

Market Analysis and Competitor Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities within the card issuance landscape.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Establish KPI's for our solutions and regularly assess product performance.
  • Identify areas for optimization and work with relevant teams to implement improvements, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Experience you will bring

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
  • 5 years + Product Leadership experience
  • Deep knowledge of customer payment experience needs
  • Ability to integrate change into complex operational/technical environments
  • Strong negotiation, organization, analytical, collaboration and people skills
  • A collaborative leader, passionate about growing and sharing your skills to help other team members develop and refine their talents
  • Be tenacious in your goals, insatiably curious for knowledge and passionate for celebrating success
