*Location*: 100% Remote
*Hours of Operation:* M-F, 5am to 7pm (AZ time) - Must be flexible to work an 8 hour shift during this time *Duration: *Long term with benefits *Description:* * Will be working with an auto dialer calling members who are eligible for the White Glove program. * Educating members on their health plans, asking them to conduct a survey or calling to remind them of an event within their market. (will need to use upselling skills) * Goal is to complete survey and get the member scheduled for a routine appointment. *Qualifications:* * 1 year relevant call center/customer support experience (within the last Healthcare and/or outbound call center experience is a plus! - Must be within the last 1 year. * Someone who speaks well and can be reliable and an independent worker. * Tech savvy and computer literacy skills (MS Word and Excel) * Must have a dedicated quiet work area - all calls are recorded so cannot have* *background noise. * High speed internet * High School Diploma or GED *Top Soft Skills to be Successful:* * Front line customer services soft skills * Soft sales mentality * Empathy & relating * Reassuring * Patient & polite * Good communication skills * Step by step guidance & being Descriptive statements * Strong grammar & Spelling #Prioritywest About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
