The Technology Procurement Vendor Management Associate is responsible for supporting the management of vendor performance and risk within the technology procurement function. This role involves evaluating vendor performance, managing vendor relationships, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with the company's standards and policies. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to optimize vendor performance and minimize risk exposure. Key Responsibilities: o Assist in developing and maintaining vendor performance metrics and evaluation criteria. o Support the execution of regular performance reviews and audits of technology vendors. o Collect and analyze performance data to prepare reports and scorecards for internal review. o Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback on vendor performance and address any issues. o Identify and assess risks associated with vendor engagements, including financial, operational, and compliance risks. o Assist in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. o Monitor vendor compliance with risk management policies and report on risk exposure. o Ensure that vendors adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards. o Serve as a point of contact for technology vendors, facilitating communication and collaboration. o Support contract and SLA negotiations with vendors. o Assist in resolving vendor-related issues or disputes in a timely manner. o Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of vendor agreements and performance records. ***Must have IT Vendor Manager experience*** *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. * Experience: 1-3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or a related role, preferably within the technology sector. * Skills: oStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. oProficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. oKnowledge of risk management principles and practices. oAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
