Missouri Telehealth Network

Job Description

Join our fun, mission driven, and passionate Knowledge Management team for Missouri Telehealth Network and Show-Me ECHO. The Missouri Telehealth Network (MTN) increases access to patient-centered health care via telehealth for rural and underserved Missourians by providing technical assistance to health care organizations, partnering with key stakeholders, operating telehealth programs, and supporting and developing telehealth policies. Show-Me ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) uses videoconferencing technology to connect a team of interdisciplinary experts with primary care providers. Primary clinicians who participate in Show-Me ECHO collaborate with specialists in a case-based learning environment to develop advanced clinical skills and best practices.

This position provides detailed reports and analysis of telehealth projects, each individual ECHO project and ECHO overall showing the change in practice impact ECHO has in the state of Missouri. This position brings together multiple data sources to help our writing teams and researcher publish on ECHO and ECHO impact. This position provides data to MTN leadership to make data informed business decisions critical to the continued growth and success of MTN and ECHO.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and curate data from diverse multiple sources (surveys, case forms, CRM, outside sources), review it for quality and completeness, and organize it into a user-friendly format for subsequent analysis ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
* Cleanse and process raw data to eliminate inconsistencies, missing/incorrect data and errors and transform it into a usable format for program and/or operational analysis.
* Attend various operational/program meetings to guide business processes that impact data collection to ensure quality data storage, retrieval, and integrity. Identify and troubleshoot data-related issues, proposing effective solutions to enhance data quality and overall analytical processes.
* Collaborate/work closely with business units, external requesters, and/or research teams as assigned to understand data requirements, address analytical needs, and provide insights for informed decision-making. Serve as lead on some data/reporting projects.
* Utilize statistical methods and data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBi, R and NVivo to derive meaningful insights, trends, and patterns from complex datasets.
* Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and actionable recommendations using PowerBI, SalesForce CRM, and other visualization tools for various business unit, stakeholder, and research requests.
* Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulations. Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Document data analysis methodologies, assumptions, and results, ensuring transparency and replicability.

Skills required:
Exemplary communication and collaboration with faculty, senior leaders and staff. Ability to contribute to a high performing and collaborative team. Exemplary organizational skills. Ability to develop implement and oversee routine and standardized processes. Experience with statistical analysis including tests of difference, analysis of variance, data trends, and cause/effect relationships. Experience with analysis used in continuous quality improvement. Experience transforming data into actionable information through the organization and display of analysis. Excellent written communication and experience in preparing scholarly products.
Experience in Sales Force, SalesForce Reports, CRM Analytics Studio, and Power BI preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $51,875 - $73,008 Annually
Grade: GGS-010
