Description Acara Solutions is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant for a client in Orchard Park NY. Duration: Temp-Possible Direct Worksite Location: 100% onsite Orchard Park, NY 14127 Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5PM with a 30-minute lunch. Every other Friday would be off. Pay Rate: $22/hour The HR Administrative Assistant provides assistance to the Human Resources team and HR Site Lead. The candidate will partner with leadership to administer tasks relative to the functional areas of Human Resources such as recruitment and staffing, personnel records, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training. Responsible for performing a variety of administrative functions for an HR team. Given the nature of the role and department, handling information of a confidential and time sensitive nature will be necessary. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications:
