Stony Brook University: Health Sciences: Renaissance School of Medicine: Radiation Oncology Location Stony Brook, New York Open Date Sep 17, 2024 Deadline Dec 17, 2024 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time Description The Department of Radiation Oncology in the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University seeks a full-time Medical Physicist for a clinical and academic position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. The successful applicant is expected to fulfill clinical duties as medical physicist and collaborate collegially building departmental research excellence. The start date of this position is flexible either immediately or July 2025. The Medical Physicist is a valuable member of our team who provides clinical services to our patient population. Qualified candidates will demonstrate superior patient care and possess outstanding communication skills, while adhering to our high standards of excellence. This position will provide site coverage for both SBUH at the Stony Brook main campus and PFCC at Stony Brook Southampton hospital.
