Job Title: Environmental Compliance Coordinator Location(s): Richmond, VA The Dulles project is a combined solar and battery storage project located on the Dulles International Airport property. ECC will provide fulltime onsite environmental compliance support at the project site. ECC will ensure project compliance with all applicable environmental laws and permits, including erosion and sediment control, chemical and waste management, and oil regulations. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of work site to comply with regulatory and company standards and procedures. Serves as liaison with the EPC contractor/sub-contractors and the Project team. Conduct inspections or assessments and provide advice or recommendations regarding compliance issues to project management. What are the top (at least 3 if possible) "must have" skill sets (technical/functional) which are required. Understanding of erosion and sediment control and stormwater management, as it relates to the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). Experience with large construction projects Ability to work with different vendors and subcontractors Any required certifications Virginia Department of Environmental Quality Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector (preferred) Virginia Department of Environmental Quality Stormwater Management Inspector (preferred) Please note that once candidate clears client Security, and starts their contract, they will be required to be cleared by Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA).
