Operating as a regional airline in the United States, Air Wisconsin Airlines performs flying services for American Airlines as American Eagle throughout the Midwest and East Coast, operating CRJ-200 regional jets. With general direction from the Technical Stores Operations Manager, responsible for overall management, coordination, and administration of aircraft parts and material inventory to ensure the highest level of operational integrity and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Job Functions:



  • Promotes and fosters a safe and secure operating environment.
  • Ensures efficient scheduling and use of assigned resources to provide maximum, effective productivity.
  • Manages and coordinates shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution functions for aircraft parts and material.
  • Ensures that all parts and material storage centers are maintained in compliance with FAA, OSHA, and EPA regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures complete and accurate records are maintained.
  • Prepares various reports and summaries relating to maintenance and engineering procedures, plans, and forecasts.
  • Administers and controls assigned budgetary responsibilities and prepares monthly budget variance reports.
  • Attendance is considered an essential responsibility.


Required Competencies:



  • High level of judgment and initiative in coordinating implementation of departmental objectives.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.


Education & Experience:

Required:



  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or a Materials Management discipline, or equivalent practical career experience.
  • Three to five years warehousing and inventory control experience in a union environment.
