Position Summary Provide computer support to the NYU Meyers Community. Ensure that technology incidents and problems are responded to appropriately based on established department standards. Troubleshoot hardware/software and computer system problems received directly or escalated from Support Technician I. Set-up hardware and install software ensuring that each computer is fully operational including network computers, multi-media equipment, printers and various peripherals, as needed. Install new software releases, computer and system upgrades, virus software, etc., as directed. Maintain related records. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is USD $36.90. This rate is based on bargaining unit contracts. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
