Job Summary

Selection process component weights will be determined by further analysis of the job.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Additional course work in graphic arts and/or printing is desired.
  • One or more years of print shop experience running digital copiers and large format printers is required.
  • Experience with all finishing procedures, cutting, padding and drilling is desired
  • Must be able to read a ruler along with basic math skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
Responsibilities

  • Interprets job tickets.
  • Sets up and operates digital copiers and large format printers and maintains quality of finished products.
  • Sets up and operates, automatic printing systems, high speed copy machines, high speed collators, and other related equipment, including folders, drills, punchers and binders.
  • Wraps and bundles completed jobs for delivery.
  • Actively supports the MPS Strategic Plan.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
