Milwaukee Recreation is seeking an individual to join its Before/After-School team as the Recreation Supervisor of Arts and Humanities Programs. This individual is responsible for expanding out-of-school-time arts and humanities-related experiences for Milwaukee's youth. Primary responsibilities include oversight of the Partnership for the Arts & Humanities grant program and High School Arts Internship program; regular monitoring of site-based arts/humanities programs; technical assistance support to contract partners; analysis of program data and nurturing of program partnerships. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, results-oriented, and passionate about the impact arts and humanities programs can have on Milwaukee's youth.
