Position Description: Ryerson has an opportunity for a Senior Admin Support II position. As a Sr Admin Support you are responsible for helping support operations and management using SAP. Responsibilities and Duties: * Reception duties daily * Scans and uploads various documents including sox reports and receiving paperwork and delivery receipts * Inventory reconciliation * Manages the scrap process such as billing and invoicing and reconciling monthly * Responsible for daily and monthly reports and continuous communication with sales and shipping and warehouse employees * Ability to complete multiple projects under time constraints as required * All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice Position Requirements: * Minimum of 2-5 years previous experience in metals industry or similar industrial background * High School Diploma required; Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Previous general office experience * SAP knowledge a plus * MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written * Detail oriented and organized .
