Salary:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.



Your areas of responsibility:

The National Sales Manager will report to the Sr. Direction of Sales - Specialty First Fill and will be responsible for providing lead-ership to the sales group throughout the US; carrying out development of business development and sales engineers with specific focus on; developing new business, key account management, and sales closing techniques; supporting the Senior Management with input on strategic account management, divisional customer analysis; and sales P&L responsibilities.



  • Advisor to sales team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Monitor progress at key and target accounts, maintain accountability and taking corrective action as necessary to meet cur-rent and future sales objectives, adjusting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment in support of all stakeholders.
  • Directly manage 2-3 Key Accounts.



Supervisory Responsibility:



  • The position will have 6-7 direct reports.



Travel:



  • Approximately 50% within the US.



Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Technical Discipline required. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial consumable products required, with demonstrated success in opening new business. Experience in the Lubricants or Chemical industries preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in a leadership role.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce desired), PowerBI, Busines Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of direct selling concepts along with product and industry knowledge
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationship across inter-company departments and divisions
  • Ability to travel overnight
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
