Description Acara Solutions is hiring a temp to perm VTS Help Desk Associate for our client in Houston. Training would be onsite near Fondren and Westheimer in Houston. After training, candidates may choose to work from home or from the client's office. Temp to Hire - $16.00 per hour. (Typically, 3 months) After conversion to perm, pay increases to $17.00 per hour. Take inbound calls and decipher the issue that users have. Create tickets for call-ins about an issue or processing tickets submitted by a user before calling in Troubleshoot GPS devices Update company records as needed Reading knowledge-based articles Assist another VTS agent with issues they might not know the answer for Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: 1 year of help desk or customer support experience Basic knowledge of office Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
