Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Hybrid with our client in Orlando, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The candidate is a Cyber Systems Security Engineer who will be responsible for the identification and analysis of the cyber-attack surfaces and will implement the relevant cybersecurity controls on MFC products.
  • The individual will perform cybersecurity maintenance, including continuous monitoring, security updates, patching, and hardening.
  • The engineer will also be responsible for providing cybersecurity oversight to our Systems and Software teams and providing the necessary documentation and artifacts to support and maintain any ATOs for MFCs products.
  • Providing embedded System Security Engineering design and implementation in all aspects of the System Security Engineering (SSE) process in the development of Department of Defense (DoD) Weapon Systems
  • Assessing and mitigating System Security threats/risks throughout the embedded Weapon System development life cycle
  • Validating System Security Engineering requirements decomposition, allocation, and analysis for Test Systems
  • Implementing System Security Engineering solutions for hardware and software
  • Verifying implementation of system security requirements
  • Analyzing weaknesses, vulnerabilities, and threats against System Security posture on product designs

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Information Security
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Security
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Systems Analysis & Design
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Cybersecurity
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Systems Security
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with STIGs and System Hardening
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Cyber tools such as Ansible, SCC, Nessus/ACAS

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of Systems Engineering experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Cybersecurity Engineering experience.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
