Job Summary

As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a critical player in revolutionizing our People support and processes, driving organizational growth. This is a high-impact role where you will partner closely with business leaders to design and implement streamlined, efficient, and automated HR solutions. Your goal is to enhance our HR capabilities, deliver an exceptional employee experience, and empower leaders through strategic partnership. Additionally, you will oversee benefits administration, handle employee relations, and work with vendors and brokers to ensure our benefits offerings are competitive. Experience in immigration is a plus as we support a diverse, global workforce. Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement: Work closely with employees answering questions, problem solving Design and implement innovative employee engagement programs that create a positive and inclusive culture across the organization while fostering employee retention.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolving conflicts to foster a positive work environment.

  • Leadership Partnership/Coaching: Act as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders at all levels, helping them build and lead high-performing teams while navigating the complexities of rapid growth, team dynamics and employee issues. Influence and assist them in solving complex people and organizational problems.

  • Benefits Management: Collaborate with external vendors and brokers to manage employee benefits, ensuring offerings remain competitive and aligned with employee needs and organizational goals.

  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies within current HR processes and lead initiatives to streamline, automate, and optimize workflows, utilizing our tools and systems to drive scalability.

  • Change Management: Drive change management initiatives that help the organization adapt to growth and transformation, ensuring employee experience and productivity are maintained.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decision-making, track progress, and continuously improve HR processes.

  • Strategic Projects: Lead and contribute to HR projects that enhance operational efficiency, employee experience, and the company's overall success.

Skills required for this opportunity
  • Bachelors and a minimum of 5 years of HR experience or equivalent combination of years of experience in lieu of degree. Combination of generalist and strategic HR business partner or similar role is required.

  • Demonstrated success in creating and scaling HR processes, driving employee engagement, partnering with leadership.

  • Experience in handling complex employee relations matters and conflict resolution, fostering a positive and fair workplace.

  • Strong understanding of HR tools and systems (HRIS, ATS, automation software) and how to leverage technology to streamline processes.

  • Experience working with benefits vendors and brokers, with a focus on optimizing benefit programs for employees, as well as answering their questions as needed.

  • Proficient in using data and analytics to inform HR strategies and measure outcomes.

Desired Skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in high-growth or dynamic organizations is a plus.

  • Empathy, ability to connect with employees and leaders to drive desired outcomes aligned with AIS' core values.

  • Workday experience highly desired.

  • Familiarity with immigration processes and visa/work permit management is a plus.

  • Ability to think outside the box and bring creative solutions to complex HR challenges.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to the evolving needs of the business.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
