Regal Rexnord IT Early Career Rotational Program

Our Regal Rexnord IT Early Career Rotational Program is a 24-month rotational initiative designed to develop high-potential, high-performing entry-level IT associates. This program is tailored for recent college graduates who are passionate about leveraging technology to create a better future. Upon successful completion, associates will transition into permanent positions.

The program combines a "learn by doing" approach with career mentoring and professional development opportunities to accelerate early career growth. Graduates will gain competencies across various IT domains and foundational knowledge of the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS). The RBS fosters a culture of continuous improvement, and participants will be encouraged to utilize the latest data analytics processes and drive their own innovations. This solid foundation in IT and RBS principles will enable graduates to make valuable contributions across Regal Rexnord's core functional areas.

Our program aims to cultivate future IT and technical leaders at Regal Rexnord by developing strong functional and technical expertise, as well as business acumen, through challenging, hands-on assignments. Participants will be exposed to various IT and business groups.

Throughout the rotational program, early career associates will complete three rotational assignments of their choosing, designed to impart fundamental skills across Regal Rexnord's core IT functional areas:

  • Data and Analytics

  • Cybersecurity

  • Infrastructure

  • Digital

  • Enterprise Project Management (EPMO)

  • ERP/Applications

These rotations will provide associates with the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience across multiple IT functions. Beyond the "learn by doing" training structure, the program emphasizes excellence in communication skills through formal report-outs to peers and senior IT leadership, as well as regular mentor meetings with program leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver results in line with the unique goals of each rotational assignment

  • Develop technical competency in various IT functional areas

  • Build expertise and leverage technology to enhance ways of working

  • Acquire foundational RBS knowledge

  • Establish a strong professional network across Regal Rexnord

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Excellent academic record with a B.S. or M.S. degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Relevant internship or co-op experience in a technology-related field

  • GPA of 3.2 or higher

Capabilities and Success Factors:

  • Self-starter with a desire to learn and contribute

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism
