Position Summary This position is responsible for ensuring that One Call tickets and locates are completed within the legal time limit, monitoring all excavation activity, responding to any questions and/or emergencies that arise regarding One Call tickets, training for and administration of the company's One Call excavation policy and state One Call laws, conducting regulatory compliance audits on federally applicable locations, drone surveys for site security plan development, engineering reviews, and reclamation monitoring, and completing assignment and inspection of projects as required. Essential Job Functions Complete One Call tickets in compliance with state laws Locate, paint/flag and map underground utilities utilizing traditional and GPS methods. Manage the one call mapping database, conduct top of pipe GPS collection ensuring accuracy of ESRI ArcGIS mapping mode Monitor and inspect underground utilities during excavation, hydro-vac and boring activities Provide guidance and development of GIS tools. Utilize ArcGIS pro to build maps, audit, edit and maintain data Respond to emergency One Call tickets within two hours including evening and weekend call outs as necessary Participate in excavation incident investigations.
