In this role, you will play a key leadership position and be responsible for the implementation of the Electrolux Manufacturing System (EMS) and Electrolux Always Improve (EAI) in Supply Chain and the distribution network. You will be in a hands-on role and responsible for engaging the site leadership teams to define the lean strategy and tactical execution while driving cultural transformation. You will directly coach all levels of the organization on how to implement lean manufacturing practices and philosophies and serve as the Lean subject matter expert. You will work to develop strong cross-functional partnerships to improve processes and ensure a balance of cost, quality, service and people while implementing lean principles. You will also help to provide hands-on root cause analysis and problem-solving to focus and direct improvement activities utilizing EMS tools and methods to close business gaps while managing organizational change.
