Description:

Markon is seeking a Partnership and Engagement Advisor to support our IC customer.

Responsibilities may include:

• Outreach and engagement within a functional area.
• Analyze reports to draw conclusions about programmatic efficiencies and value.
• Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports to the customer, partners and stakeholders.
• Provide input into operational and strategic communication plans to drive utilization of client programs.
• Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate partnership engagements with senior officials and executives from the public and private sectors and academia.
• Develop briefings, talking points, and point papers in line with requirements specified in the client's strategic partnership plan.
• Usethe DEIA Maturity Framework and Constituent Relationship Management Tool to facilitate identification, categorization, documentation, collaboration, and reporting of current and future Partners.
• Actas a technical liaison with partners.
• Facilitateand coordinates working group meetings and authors pots meeting reports and summaries of conclusion.
• UseNarQuest to receive, process, and monitor requests for specific services.

Requirements:

• TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Requires BS +18 years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or no degree and 24+ years of experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• PMP required

Desired:

• Experience with working in the Intelligence Community desired.
• Previous partnership engagement and outreach experience desired.
