We're looking for a Network Engineer toProvide senior-level Network engineering and support. This position will frequently interact with Managers, customers, and functional peer groups. Must participate in cross functional support teams. Must have a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and tasks. Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing.

What will you be doing:




  • Participate in change control and production acceptance.
  • Assist with planning, attend scheduled support meetings, install, and configure devices prior to installation.
  • Perform testing and go-live of all network infrastructure.
  • Update network documentation resulting from related changes
  • Direct any necessary smart hands as required, after the installation and during the test/validation process,
  • Will perform other duties as assigned.



Requirements:




  • Expert level experience with Cisco Wireless (Controllers, APs, Prime, wireless surveys and wireless design)
  • Expert level experience with Aruba wireless.
  • Experience with Meraki infrastructure and management.
  • Knowledge of routing protocols: BGP and EIGRP.
  • Experience with Cisco and Palo Alto Firewalls
  • Experience with Service Now, Solarwinds, Cisco Prime/DNAC, Splunk, or Infoblox is not required but is an asset.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Azure and OCI networking - virtual routing, switching, load balancing, redundancy
  • In depth knowledge of TCP/IP, packet dissection and packet capture using Viavi, Riverbed or similar tools.
  • Working technical knowledge of HTTP/S, DNS, POP, SMTP, FTP, SNMP, TACACs+, etc.
  • Excellent customer facing skills and ability to provide technical descriptions in easy-to-understand terms.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
