HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Reviewing of a select population of dual enrollment records from admissions to registration as well as through multiple terms.

* This position will be responsible for a equal distribution of the dual enrollment population.

* This position must use our University technologies to compile the data entry/verification of all incoming dual enrollment students within the Banner and *Navigate platforms to keep an accurate record of registration and approved courses.

* Monitoring the financial approvals through the use of various reports within Slate and through the Georgia Student Finance Commission.

* The position requires strong troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills and the ability to exercise judgment in making decisions and interpreting Office, University and Board of Regents policies relevant to Dual Enrollment within the Office of Student Success.

* Using various technologies in tracking course offerings and course demand based on the needs of our dual enrollment students each term to ensure the university is offering the appropriate number of courses as well as dates and times.

* This position requires extensive communication with dual enrollment students, parents, and school counselors by phone and email and the ability to convey information in a professional manner with clarity, accuracy, and an emphasis on customer service.

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience, or a combination of education and related experience.
